Device command reference
The commands Vectra sends your tracker, and what each one changes.

You do not normally need any of this — the dashboard sends what it needs to. It is documented because operators ask what is happening to their hardware, and because the answer should not be "trust us".
Sent automatically when you add a device

Cut-off

One command to avoid
FACTORY# wipes every setting, including the server address and the timezone, and a unit that has been factory reset will not come back on its own. If a tracker needs resetting, use RESET# or ask us.
Nightly reboot
Trackers are rebooted once a night. It clears the class of firmware wedge that used to require a site visit, and it costs one missed report.
