Share a live link
Give a customer, a tech, or a spouse a view of one asset without giving them an account.

A share link is a read-only, time-limited view of a single asset. Whoever holds it sees where it is and where it has been. They see nothing else in your account, and they need no login.
- 1Open the asset and create a share
Shares → New share, or from the asset itself.
- 2Set an expiry
Match it to the rental or the job. A link that outlives its reason is a link you have forgotten about.
- 3Choose how much history to include
Live position only, or the trail behind it.
- 4Send it
It is a plain URL. Text it, email it, paste it into a booking confirmation.
What it is good for
- A renter who wants to know you are not watching their every move — the link shows exactly what you can see.
- A mobile mechanic who needs to find an asset in a marina without calling you.
- A recovery: handing law enforcement a live link is faster than reading coordinates over a phone.
Revoke at any time
Deleting a share kills the link immediately, even before it expires. The Shares page lists every live link and how many times it has been opened.
