Analytics
The analytics screen answers operational questions: which assets earn their keep, what your week actually looks like, when your peak hours are. Utilisation by asset is the number most operators find changes a purchasing decision — the boat that never leaves the dock is usually not the one anyone expected.
Reports
- Trip and usage reports for any date range, per asset or fleet-wide.
- Engine hours, derived from the ignition wire where you fitted one and from charging voltage where you did not.
- Scheduled reports that generate and email themselves, so the monthly summary happens without you.
Insurance certificates
Vectra generates a certificate documenting that an asset is GPS-tracked, with the tracking history to back it up. Many insurers discount tracked fleets by 10–25%; the certificate is what they want to see. Generate one per asset and send it to your broker at renewal — it is the fastest way to make the subscription pay for itself.
A discount applied at renewal is worth more than a discount argued for mid-term. Set a reminder a month out.
